  • Secondary Math Teacher-Tutor, Mississauga (All senior grades and courses)

    In-Home | Mississauga, ON

    $35 per hour


    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide in-home tutoring and academic support aligned with the Ontario Curriculum.
    • Deliver personalized and differentiated instruction based on the student’s learning profile.
    • Support student learning in Math and Science at the high school level, with possible support in other subjects.
    • Develop creative and engaging lesson plans that meet individual learning needs.
    • Track student progress and maintain clear documentation using educational technology tools (e.g., Google Classroom, online journals, learning apps).
    • Collaborate with the Goode Learning team and maintain open communication regarding student progress and goals.
    • Foster a supportive, encouraging learning environment that builds confidence and academic independence.Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Membership in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT)

    • 1–2+ years of classroom teaching experience

Teacher-Tutor Requirements

At Good Learning, we seek dedicated and qualified educators to join our team. To ensure the highest standards, we require all Teacher-Tutors to meet specific eligibility criteria.


Please   Note: Our Teacher-Tutors are Independent Contractors and must be in Good Standing with the Ontario College of Teachers, with no terms or conditions. As the first step in the application process, applicants will be required to provide their OCT number for verification by the Good Learning Team.
